(213) 422-4801. It's the little things that make a big difference. Tattoo parlors should not be chosen lightly. I got my tattoo finished by Dave at Marginalized Tattoo after deciding I wanted my snake bigger. The original design was only on my thigh and done by a different guy who retired.
