(October 20, 2020, 8:42 am)Had an amazing experience (Oct 19 7pm)... that morning headed to work in the rain, one of my windshield wipers decided to break down. Not completely but enough to make an interesting drive to work... the rest of the day followed suit w its challenges and finally my final stop for the day was here... I bought the good ones hoping they would last longer than the current and before I finished paying for them the gentleman had the new wipers on my truck! The lady that helped me was so friendly throughout the interaction and the kindness they both delivered just about brought me to tears. Kindness appears to be at its lowest point these days and the unsolicited efforts from your team was much needed. Thank you!
