I wanted to thank all the staff in thank all the service department who made it possible for me to get back on the road. Jeff Jeremy Todd. You guys didn't hesitate to take care of my needs and wants. I had a resonating vibration in my truck right around 75mph. I suspected the driveshaft to be the culprit because of a dent it had from the last shop that replaced the u-joints. I took my driveshaft out and dropped it off here. It turns out the whole shaft was a little bent. These guys were able to straighten it out and rebalance it for $125. I picked it up the following day and reinstalled it. All the vibration is gone and its as smooth as butter at 75mph now! I am a very happy customer and would recommend these professionals to anyone!

Incredible! We were driving our motorhome from Washington to Texas when we had a fuel pump go out in south Wichita KS at 4 PM on a Wednesday. We managed to get off the road and I began calling to find one or some mobile repair service. After many failed tries, I reached Inland Truck Parts and Service. The parts guy, Jeremiah Harper, was out for lunch but they said he would call me back. He called me and used my VIN to identify exactly what pump was needed, found one and said he would bring it to me. I began to secure and remove the fuel tank, a 75 gallon monster. When Jeremiah arrived with the pump, he crawled under the rig and began helping and suggesting methods. We realized I needed a few more tools to do this so he made a list and left. An hour later he returned with a motorcycle jack and the tools I lacked and he brought his two sons, Jackson and Mason, to help. By then I had hit an impass so he just jumped in and got the pump assembly out of the tank and was able to swap out the pump on the assembly and reinstall it to the tank. I don't think I would have got past that part alone. Together we raised the tank into place (with his gorgeous motorcycle jack) and bolted it in place. His boys were busy handing us tools and cleaning up. Jeremiah and his sons stayed with me until I started it up at 1:00 AM!
He never got discouraged or lost his confidence (I wish I could say the same) and was positive and cheerful the whole time. He flatly refused any payment and said he just liked to help. I swear by The Living God, I have never experienced such charity and selflessness as shown me that night. It brings me to tears just thinking about it.

My drive shaft dropped on me on the highway. These guys sent a driver to me to pick up my drive shaft and are doing everything they can to work with me to get back on the road as fast as possible. Very polite, and customer friendly! I am very grateful to them for their concern for my situation.

I expected a next day pick up, but their technicians doubled up on the job and had both yokes cut off, and new ones welded on, new u joints, and ballanced, inside of 2 hours. Absolutely nothing short of dedication.
