“Having never done CrossFit before, and trying it out as a means of getting in shape and as a personal challenge, I can say wholeheartedly that this gym is utterly fantastic. Jason, the owner and coach is extremely knowledgable, and dedicated to giving each member individual attention during every class. If you get injured, he's there to carefully modify your movements, design special workouts, and generally advise you in how to get back to it. The members here are super cool, supportive, and not in the slightest bit cliquey. Couldn't recommend any more highly!”
