  George fixed my E-Image tripod's pan handle for FREE today!!!!!! The craftsmanship that is dedicated into repairs here is impeccable!
  
  I have been so educated going here. George has made my expectations of a high-friction fluid head tripod soar to the heavens. Nobody has a higher standard of excellence like Trans Film does. And if they can't meet their own standards, they give it to you for free!- apparently.
  
  This review was the least I could do to show my appreciation, other than that I definitely plan on getting my tripod fixed or buying my next tripod at Trans Film.
  
  They are located right next to Tommy's diner. That place has some amazing breakfast. Everything on a menu is a catch. I suggest hitting both in one trip.

  Best place to buy and repair OConner and Sachtler,call George for the best price ,they can do it, definitely i will come back to buy more next month,

  These guys fix pretty much any tripod out there. Great prices on new and used gear too.

  I was in an emergency situation where I needed to get my tilt knob on my sachtler video 20p tripod fixed and George waited 90 minutes past closing for me to drop it off do to the insane LA traffic.
  
  He was able to repair it along with a few other issues that he discovered, all at a fairly reasonable price. He was even able to ship it back to me after it was fixed. Overall, it took a little over a week to get my tripod back. (I dropped it off right before Thanksgiving weekend) So I probably would've gotten it back sooner during a regular work week.
  
  If you want great customer service and fair prices come here. They fix heavy duty tripods and lenses that most stores don't even touch. It took me a while to find a shop that fixed professional Sachtler tripods, but I am glad I came across Trans Film.
  
  I would definitely come back here again. They are a mom and pop shop right in the middle of North Hollywood. Their location isn't the most convenience since its deep into town, but its worth it for the quality of work that they do.

  10/10 A+ 100% would recommend Transylvania Film. I had an outdated, but expensive tripod fixed here and it cost me WAY less than I expected. This company cares about its customers, a rare quality to find.
