(September 3, 2019, 10:47 pm)Had Victor come by and diagnose why our fountain wasn’t working. He was able to see that the pump had finally gone out and explained to us that he can find the same pump and have it replaced and have it working. Once he ordered it he swapped out the old pump and tested everything and made sure it was working properly. He was a very responsive person and definitely takes pride in what he does!!

Packaging was perfect. Custom Styrofoam box with small ice pack and double bagged. Water was clear. Salinity 1.024. Water temperature 75.5° in August. End result, healthy happy fish and customer.
