The community is not only sweet and friendly but also super inspiring. They really know how to push themselves to their limits and also support one another. So excited to continue being part of this gym, and see myself accomplish things in the gym I never imagined were possible for me.

The coaches are genuinely invested in their members fitness development and most importantly their attention to proper technique. As someone who started CrossFit about a year ago, I’m definitely still working on improving my form and technique. Strange has helped me immensely with this already; the coaches are all incredibly knowledgeable, skilled at what they do, and genuinely want to see members succeed. There are scaled versions of all workouts that cater to all fitness levels. I highly recommend Strange if you want to challenge yourself and become a better athlete!

We haven't taken classes but are always around during class time and see the hard work everyone puts in. The coaches are great and so are the members. I've recently started doing some of the WODs during the week and have fun doing them. There's a lot of space, it's dog friendly, lots of equipment and a friendly community. This place is my second home. Come give it a shot & you won't regret it!

(December 21, 2021, 4:46 pm)I LOVE this gym. Joined after pandemic exercising in my garage for a year and a half. It’s always a little nerve wracking to be the new kid but Coach Sam and her staff and the members immediately made us feel welcome and at home. Everyone is supportive and the classes offer different workout tracks for people at various levels of fitness. I am so glad I joined and I love the drive and energy in the gym that pushes me to challenge myself more. Dogs are welcome and part of the family! I bring my pooch almost every class I go to.
