Heats good! Advanced yoga class on Saturday at noon
This is a solid yoga studio, with basic, adequate amenities, and excellent instructors. They have a 75 minute class at 11am, and a 60 minute class at 8:30pm, which is a welcome option...for a lunchtime "quickie", or an evening class that isn't quite as demanding as the standard 90 minute program.
Surprisingly, I (and my yoga partner) notice the shorter classes provide virtually the same benefits, and are much easier to get through. I hope other studios will offer similar options, for mid-day and late evening.
Amazing!!! The teachers here are great.. I had a really good experience with my 5 groupon sessions.
