If for any reason, one is not satisfied with the end result, she is more than willing to fix it, if possible. She will explain if she is not able to fix and advise if she has a reason to not fix it. My eyebrows have been able to grow out and get shaped after coming here for over 1 year.
Happy customer for 2+ years.
