“So if you're just using this kiosk to copy keys you're missing out on a whole lot of possibilities. Make sure you use the app. I've been able to get back lost keys stolen keys, keys from old apartments keys for family and friends and all without having to actually carry 50 odd keys or even leaving them at home. It almost certain that when a friend calls me for a spare, I'm probably not home. But he can still get to the kiosk and print one out. I wish there were more kiosks but I'm sure that will just take time. Also I wish they could just make all the keys available right away, at the moment you have to do this order and cancel a mail in key to activate the kiosk print option.”

“Friendly owner (I'm assuming) was hanging out outside of the shop and welcomed me in to get my mail key duplicated. I went to two other places that tried to copy my mail key, and one told me they couldn't do it because it was too difficult, and another did it without a word, and it didn't work on the lock. I explained this to the locksmith and he acknowledged it and went to work. 30 seconds later, I got a working copy of my mail key. Great service.”
