(November 12, 2017, 7:18 pm)Merge is a great new way to workout. It is non impact, which made it very safe. The new types of machines used really worked my whole body.I got a great cardio and strengthening workout. I was very happy with the workout. I would totally recommend it.The gym is really nice and the trainer was very helpful.
