The Studio (MDR) Playa Vista

Took my first class last night and cannot wait to go back! The instructor Samarah was so friendly and motivating. There was also a helper, Leo who was also great. Truly can’t wait for my next class!

The Studio MDR is fantastic. Their instructors are knowledgable, talented and generous with their feedback; the staff is kind and friendly. Every time I leave, I walk away with a great workout and a smile on my face. Thank you, Lisa, for bringing such lovely people into the fitness community.

I really like everything about the service and studio. Everybody is very accommodating as far as questions, information, and even overall just friendliness. Such a pleasant atmosphere for new and current clients. The classes are well run with instructors that are encouraging, supportive, and not at all intrusive. Plus the workouts are just the right intensity to make efficient use of your hour.

Love the facility in Playa Vista, the instructors and the positive environment. It's a great compliment to my exercise routine and it's nice to be around such fit people. As a guy, it gives me a greater appreciation for how strong and supportive the women that teach the classes, as well as many of the participants, are.

I am absolutely in love with The Studio MDR. The studios are gorgeous, clean, and welcoming. The workout is super challenging, sweaty, and fun. The instructors are ALL very friendly, knowledgeable, encouraging, and inspiring. Owners, Lisa and Ken, are also very welcoming and friendly. They care about each and every client that walks into their door. I live quite a distance from the studios, but I gladly travel on the weekends (when traffic isn't too horrendous) to get my grind on the megaformer. :)
