From the AMAZING instructors I’ve had to the BEAUTIFUL location. This is the first time in my life I’ve ever enjoying working out, that now it feels like a new beginning. There’s so much variety, from the fun Zumba and mix fit classes when I feel like dancing or the kickboxing when I feel I need to let out a little frustration to the phenomenal yoga class when I want to silence my mind and connect with my soul. This place has everything to connect mind, body and soul and is nothing, nothing like any place I’ve ever been to. I can’t begin to express how BLESSED I feel to be a part of all of this. ????????????”
