“The burger niche in CA is saturated with Tam's Burgers competition. However this small mom and pop from Carson can stand toe-to-toe with some of the bigger chains. “Met Chase, the Owner of Windy City BBQ Restaurant. A humble man. He approached me and asked me to come on in to his restaurant. He wanted me to sample his Ribs with 12 different types of seasonings on them. As well as, his BBQ Ribs. Chase also had me sample his Chicago's Steak Burger, which he cut into four pieces.
