If I could give Dr Barakat 10 stars, I would! If you’re a patient of hers, you’re lucky. Her bedside manner is impeccable and her expertise in the field of endocrinology is outstanding. I went to her with a thyroid issue that I was really concerned about and she, not only reassured me and put me at ease, but everything unfolded exactly the way she said it would, and I’m all better. She even took the time to call me back between her own appointments when I was worried about something. She made sure to be over cautious by providing all the diagnostic tools available. Also, big shout out to Donna at the front desk; she’s efficient, on the ball, runs that office like a well oiled machine, and is always pleasure to deal with!
