    Easy drop off, courteos staff, leave the key in the car and hop on the shuttlebus only yards away!

    Almost a perfect encounter. They didn't have the class of suv we paid for, so they upgraded us without any questions or issues. No hassle. Travel to and from the rental spot was timely, no issues. Drop off was a breeze. Shuttle staff was overly helpful. Better than expected service.

    Great Experience!! FAST
    They saved us a few bucks on fuel too. the local gas price in LA was higher than Hertz prepay when we arrived, the counter guy said it was going up again that weekend and it did !! Thank you

    Fast service. Friendly staff. The vehicle check out and check in process was very easy and fast. Plus their was a free shuttle back to the airport. 5/5 would go here again on next visit

    Best experience so far with a car rental company. Hertz is improving every year, the whole process was smooth and painless. My rental was upgraded without extra charge. Absolutely I'll repeat doing business with this company again and recommendations to all people that I know.
