“To be honest, I was hesitant to take my parents to get their passports to this locations due to many negative reviews. Overall I had a great experience starting with Nate the 1st clerk. He was nice ,informative and had patience with other people. We arrived before 9am and out by 9 :40am which was not bad because we process two passports. The Clerk Yvette had great customer service . The supervisor/manager was nice and was helping with the flow which made the process run smooth and a bit faster. I can only comment on the personnel I came in contact with . Good Luck!”

Would highly recommend signing up for Hertz Gold as they will have your name on a series of monitors highlighting where your vehicle is. Just had to find the parking spot number - keys were already in the car and everything was ready to go. Returning the vehicle was just as easy, park the car in their return lane and they email you the receipt later. No issues at all!”

“Amazing - came here with my two young daughters, one vegetarian and one gluten free, and we had an incredible meal that satisfied all of us. We’ve just spent 3 weeks travelling around and have had a variety of food in 3 different states - tonight’s dinner has got to be one of the best of the entire trip! Serving sizes don’t match the classic standard US serving size - but that’s the beauty of it: you get a good meal that is full of flavour and you pay an appropriate price. Very happy!”
