“You get what you pay for. Staffs need to be more friendly. Cooks were good. Some foods look like from a day before. Like their fried fish selections and the deserts. Turon is good. They have siopao too. I saw a lot of preordered pancit trays at the back part of the store. Restroom for customers. Poor parking in this side of town. Park along the Beverly blvd if you find one. Take note, they have air conditioning.”

“This was the kind of place the Bad News Bears went after the game for burgers and fries. It has 1975 design, which in a workmanlike way, holds up. Food is better than the average joint, there's always folks in there. Price is right. I've looked online to see what it was like when it opened, but to no avail. Get there before it gets hipsterized :)”

“Good and very affordable Filipino restaurant. Cash only. Lady at the counter is friendly. Unlimited coffee for free. Low key eatery. Not for those who pretends.... By the way no restroom. Can't wash hands. Hence, the rating.”

“Extremely good, fresh, authentic sushi place, one of the best in LA. There is no menu, so everything is omakase. We were a bit taken aback when the bill came, as it was $670 for four people. We had expected to pay about $50-$100 per person, so this was a bit shocking. Advice to customers, let them know your budget in advance. Advice to owners, not everyone that walks through the door is as wealthy as the celebrities adorning your walls, especially in this neighborhood. Since your pricing is not posted, you may want to check with customers before letting them rack up a bill this large.”

“Incredibly friendly, lovely staff. Reminded me that I was entitled to a free cookie because I found them through google! And what a generous feed for a very reasonable price. And incredibly delicious brisket / kale salad. Highly recommend these folks.”

“Love the place! Bagels are delicious! Crispy on the outside and chewy on the inside. My fav are the sesame and pizza bagels. They have a lot of other choices I can’t wait to taste. Everything is freshly baked. They also offer cream cheese, lox, coffee and fresh squeezed juices.”
