I finally found it because some handwritten cemetery records were transcribed and posted on a website. The kind lady who works at the cemetery recommended that we visit Leticia at Wilmington Grave Markers in Wilmington. Leticia is enthusiast, friendly, and very helpful. The headstone is now on my mom's baby sister's grave, and it is perfect! Thank you, Leticia and Wilmington Grave Markers!
