Lost about 22 pounds doing the challenge.
Managed to get my A1C under control and I'm off my medication! A long term goal reached for this year.
I'm still a member and I love the atmosphere and trainers who push me to keep going.
(October 26, 2018, 1:59 pm)I BIG thanks to Mona for her support, and all the beautiful staff at the camp, all cheering for all of us to the finish line, and to FTDI. I lost 19.1 lbs, not so bad. The workouts for sure give you results. I feel stronger, with so much energy, clothes fit nicer, and learned that through small steps you can gradually make a difference. I truly love ???? my transformation and will continue!!
