“I've been a long term customer of Avis/Budget since 2006. I've see a range of horrible customers come in and treat the staff disrespectfully. They've practiced far more patience than anyone should have to. I appreciate them immensely for always taking excellent care of me. I wouldn't rent anywhere else. I find that MOST of the customer complaints (not all) are from very petty, entitled and hostile people who believe that the "service" industry means "slave" industry. I've seen it numerous times over the past couple decades. Avis/Budget staff do the BEST they can to accommodate EVERYONE. I don't think I'd still be a customer had they not been the wonderful and caring they are. I'm sorry for those who legitimately have complaints, the rest of the bad customers make it challenging for everyone else. I give this location 5 stars for EXCELLENT customer service!”

“In July of 2022,I limped into osteostrong using a cane due to broken ankle surgery I had in April. I had just started to feel like myself after going thru chemo and radiation in Nov of 2021. So the broken ankle set me back 4 months of not being able to do ANY exercise. I was disappointed when my doctor told me I had low bone density and wanted to put me on meds. I was not wanting to take meds so I started looking online for ANY info about it. Then on Facebook I started seeing Osteostrong's page and what caught my eye was how their program can help increase bone density! I made an appointment and started my sessions in August. I stopped using the cane within 2 weeks, I don't limp any more and I actually have a spring in my step when I do my walks.
