“This was not the first time we've called Ross for his expertise and guidance. I first met Ross when I needed an electrician for inspections on a couple apartment buildings I manage. He and his crew came in, were extremely professional and got the job done fast and right the first time. About a year later, I needed him to rewire a good portion of our house because the individual we hired to remodel the kitchen didn't know what he was doing and all our breakers kept tripping. And now he was our first and only call to install a new home charging station for our 2 new vehicles, one hybrid and one electric vehicle. Works great, looks nice and clean. “Coach and Personal Trainer Robbi Sanderson is the best. His combined education and experience is such a blessing. My job is labor intensive and mentally demanding. I have certain physical limitations and getting older I am at risk for injuries. Mentally and emotionally on my days off I was exhausted. I love what I do but there were only two choices. Choose a new profession or change my lifestyle. With the help of Robbi and my Doctor I am feeling overall pretty good. It didn't happen overnight.....it was and still is an evolving process. I have seen people get hurt by personal trainers before. Not on purpose but just not understanding such things as disease process, nerve pain, and previous muscular skeletal injuries. They don't know how the body naturally moves and how to adapt exercise to the individual. Whether the person is just trying to improve their quality of life or a performance athlete. My point is Robbi has his M.A. in Kinesiology and B.S. in Sport's Psychology. He has been an Olympic contender in Track and Field and played professionally for the Dallas Cowboys. Nevertheless, what impressed me was his own personal journey rehabbing himself from debilitating injuries. I feel like it gave him insight to understand how I was feeling. So the Weight Room is clean and well equipped with a comfortable friendly environment. However, in my opinion Robbi is what makes the working out part of the "Experience" fun!”

“Timing is everything... Met Ron from A& S at cafe stop. Ron quickly introduced himself and chatted about electrical work, not knowing I was in need of work at home. Ron made a special exception and came to forward to help me out. Ron arrived on time as scheduled, looked over the job and gave me an estimate. Ron and his assistant spent the whole day carefully and meticulously with the chandeliers and all the other work. Ron was great, wore his booties to the delight of my wife, cleaning up as they went along and left as if no work was ever done. I would recommend A& S whole heartedly. Ask for Ron and Larry!!!”
