Harborside Marina Bay Apartments

These guys are GREAT!! They are very responsive when something needs to be done. Lionel the maintenance supervisor is very knowledgeable and quick to fix any issue. Noah the property manager is always making sure we are taken care of. I really appreciate it and will recommend this place to anyone looking to move to the area.

David - on the maintenance team - was prompt and polite as always. He immediately set about taking care of the several items in an organized way. 5 of 5. Also... want to add that Lionel - the maintenance supervisor - is excellent! Very knowledgeable about the multiple aspects of the job. Personable, always helpful, provides clear explanations, a pleasure to work with. Lionel's a valuable asset to Harborside!

Great staff, cleanliness, and community. Management tends to our concerns to the best of their ability and truly advocates for our needs. In the last months, they changed courtesy patrol staff and changed cleaning services, making this place all the better. The location is peaceful with very little going on and walking distance to the beach, Brizo restaurant for some drinks, and Studio MDR for a good workout. And nothing beats the view! I have been living here for about 2.5 years and have never felt unsafe or unhappy. Happy to continue my residency. No place is perfect, but Harborside is definitely close to it! If you’re thinking about moving here, do it!
