“When several homes in your neighborhood have been broken into you start to think about more protection for your family and your home when your not there. We have a Ring door bell and an alarm but I didn't feel that was enough. I work at night some of the time and when I am gone, well my family's safety is paramount. I went online looking for a solution to making my home more secure and I found Campbell Security Screens. I sent a request and Martin the rep call the next morning and we set an appointment. When Martin came out and measured the window and doors I wanted to secure, he was very gracious regarding how we felt and explained all of our options. We had another company come out too their bid was lower than Campbell's but the product didn't seem as strong and the rep told me they are made overseas and shipped here. Martin had told me Campbell makes theirs here in LA. We like made in the USA so we made the decision to get our home protected by Campbell. Since the screens were an investment they were able to get us qualified for interest free same as cash financing for a year BONUS!! I got a call from the scheduling department right away and also from their installation technician Eric. Since all of the screens are custom made for each of our windows. We set up a time and he came out to double checked the measurements that Martin took . It took about 4 weeks to get the screens made and then Eric came out with another installer and they installed all 3 of the screens in one day. We did our front door, the bathroom window and living room slider. They did clean and professional work. They cost a bit more than we planned on but the security we now have and feel is great. Side bonus: Since the new screens are made with a stainless steel mesh my dogs cant tear them open any longer!”
