Front desk & maintenance staff are always friendly and helpful. Location is wonderful, right by bus & subway stops, the building is quiet & I love my unit.

I have toured apartments across the city - from Noma to Dupont to Cleveland Park, and 3801 is the only apartment complex I have found that fits my needs, falls within my budget, and makes me truly excited about moving. The 3801 leasing office, specifically Rennel and Lorrell, are one of the biggest reasons why I chose to sign a lease with 3801 Conneticut Avenue. As someone navigating the rental market alone for the first time, Rennel and Lorrell went ABOVE AND BEYOND in helping me find times to tour the building, explaining the leasing process and my leasing documents, answering all of my questions (which I had a lot of) and ensuring that I was set up for a successful move. I would not have been able to sign a lease without Rennel and Lorrell’s help, and they are one of the biggest reasons I am so excited to now be living at the 3801 Connecticut Avenue community. This building / leasing office would not be the same without either of them!

(February 5, 2023, 8:13 pm)Good luck finding a better value. Friendly and helpful staff, nice views, good sized spaces, well renovated apartments. The building is older but that also means the walls are pretty thick and it has a bit of character.

(September 28, 2022, 10:40 am)I have been at 3801 for almost 2 years now. The building is in a great location, walking distance to metro and mostly quiet. The staff is very nice and helpful.I hope the amenities are upgraded in the near future. It’s great place to live!

The doctors there are awesome I have also been to Atlantis Eyecare in Seal Beach I will continue being a patient at Atlantis Eyecare because everyone is nice and explains the procedures. Thank you keep up the great work.

(September 9, 2021, 5:32 pm)I had an appointment at 9AM and got there 14 minutes late and signed in. While I was filling out my booklet of info. they gave me since my daughter was a new patient there, we had sat down, waited a few minutes, and the doctor herself called us in. My daughter's eye exam went well with Dr. Sharon Lei. She was very patient with my many questions and took the time to answer each one with detailed info. The lady who took care of us afterwards for paperwork to choose a frame for my daughter was also very patient with detailed info. Our overall experience was GREAT with great customer service!!
