“I never thought twice about my Costco experience. I went in today and everyone. Gave me 100 customer service. From the guy at the door, member service, guy in the isle stocking, the cashier, the guy who packed my items, everyone was so friendly I felt I was not in a warehouse. Thanks... And no thanks Sam's. Costco is where it's at. The clerk even went to go get me. The buy one get one free bagels and muffins. I even got a pat on the back on the way out. Outstanding set of folks. Reflects well on the hiring manager and looks like. Employees are happy to work. Great job all”

The pharmacy department picks up the phone quickly, which is in sharp contrast to other "chain pharmacies" that place calls on terminal hold before hanging up on you. Keep up the good work!”
