This dojang, with two studios (one in Pasadena, the other in San Marino), is like a family. Their motto, "Be a True Black Belt," is pursued relentlessly. It's not enough for you to know the forms -- you have to exhibit the black belt credo in your life. My daughter has been going here since she was three. She is now 13 and is a 2nd-degree black belt. TMAX has been part of the village that has raised our daughter to be a self-confident, respectful, honorable young woman. We'll never be able to repay this place for what they've given our family.
