“These guys saved my life. If you're in the restaurant world, every week is a tough week... there's no room for added errors. While prepping for a big weekend, our freezer started making a crazy loud noise that went on for hours. JR answered the phone instantly, heard the dying animal in the background, and sent a repair guy out within a few hours. Same day service on a Friday afternoon? Unheard of. His tech assessed the situation in 5 minutes - motor needed instant repair and freezer could no longer be used. In my mind, I'm thinking "great, just had to pay for his travel, the 1 hour minimum service charge even though he finished in 5 minutes and now.. let's add a new motor and more service fees." I then started to look into backup solutions on how we would survive the weekend without a freezer. Luckily, none of the solutions were needed because JR called back to let me know he found a replacement motor and that he would send the tech back the next morning... which happened to be the Saturday of a 3-day weekend (I just realized they're not even open on Saturdays). Instead of taking advantage of my desperate situation, he even applied the inspection fees to the new repair work so that I wouldn't be billed twice. No extra rush fees, no weekend holiday fees (which many other companies charge). The same tech came back, just as efficient as the first time. Fridge was repaired quickly with no impact on my business. Can't thank these guys enough.”

“My experience with the school has exceeded expectations. The teachers are all committed to the task of educating the kids. The school provides the children with options to follow their different paths. My son is heavily involved in the arts program and loves it. The person with the negative review above is posting incorrect information. He states “most of the graduates from this school are below average, coming in at a whopping GPA of 1.5!” This is NOT true, at all. Period. The academics are excellent.”

“My 3 year old loves it here in Mrs Stephanie's class. He is always excited to go to class rather than stay home. They really seem to keep the kids' minds stimulated. When I pick him up he typically has artwork he wants to show me and he will tell me about what they learned about today with topics ranging from alphabet letters to dinosaurs. I also think the classes have been good in teaching him about cooperating and sharing.”

“Some nurses are OK and some nurses are like... really? you HAVE to do that? I had the BEST nurse, Kathy, and she is just the most amazing person you could ever have work with you. I've never met someone so warm and caring in my life. I have a different nurse that seems to have her degree so... we will wee. Originally I was set for 10 days but my PICC line broke in the strangest way, as if an arrow went through which was... very weird. But if you are going to get her you got to her her by May. ”

I love that they marinade the food for so long so the flavor goes through the entire thing, not just on the outside. I’d highly recommend it. The portions are good size too.
