The line moves very FAST at this place. Don't let it deceive you! Plus you have Einstein's Bagels right next door, just in case you get sick and tired of eating pastries every day for breakfast.

Parking is free for 90 minutes, so it's an ideal place for meeting somebody outside to enjoy some company and a morning caffeine rush.

You might even see a celebrity here from time to time.

Great location. Not too far from old Town. This place was jamming with lots of pups outside. Friendly staff, great drinks and good food. I've always preferred Peets over Starbucks. Plus, as a vegan, they have a good selection of vegan options. The outdoor setting area is very cute and relaxing. This location is right next door to a Einstein Bros. Bagels too.

I ordered a black tea with lemon aid. I used to come here almost everyday years ago when I was homeless! I have never had a problem! They treat you with respect no matter who you are until this even now! I love this place! I do recommend it highly!
