  Had a brilliant experience with this storage center. The customer service is phenomenal! Scott was very understanding and helped me to get the promotion on a unit and all the information. I visited the location and met with Sarah who was very helpful in getting me set up and again showed great customer service! She walked me through the process and paperwork. Looking forward to having a unit with them and highly recommend this center for those looking for great customer service, flexibility, security, and location.

  Sarah was very welcoming. I am a first time renter and she provided me with all the information to get started. She’s very professional yet so comfortable to talk with plus she’s very good at selling! I always like when a business can pitch AND sale me their product; just shows me how much they care about their customers and how much they really know about their product. The price is a little expensive, but you’re paying for the security of your belongings, so I can’t complain. I would recommend Storbox to anyone. The only thing that I dislike is the elevator. It’ll be in the middle of taking me up when someone on ground floor requests it, so it’ll stop and go back to the ground floor instead of unloading me first. Not to big of a deal, just a little irritating. At the end of the day I’m happy that my belongings are safe and sound. That’s the point, right?

I truly appreciate the high level of security, safety, and amazing deals you all have. Storbox Self Storage is clean, has great AC and even great music to jam to while moving in your items. 5 stars by far!

  The facility is very neat and clean and well supervised with decent hours. I moved from another facility that also restricted the hours of access and didn't have exactly the size and temperature controlled unit I was looking for. They met my needs perfectly. Oh and big bonus, the rental moving truck is free for customers! BOOM!

  We had second options to go with other places but Sarah sold us on this. She gave us the tour and mentioned the security that is implemented in the storage unit and safety is my number one concern. She gave us very detailed specifics on what the storage can keep and how we’re able to move and it was great. Thank you Sarah for the great customer service!
