New Wave was referred to us by Unique Hospice (a most wonderful hospice!), and New Wave responded extremely quickly and sent the absolute perfect caregiver for an immediate night shift. “Five star service all the way from the minute you arrive to the time you leave! Holly and the rest of her amazing team were genuinely warm, supportive, and attentive from our first inquiry to them, throughout every phone call and email during the planning process to the day of the event. They were always available to handle any of my questions and concerns. The beautiful chapel is large and has stained glass windows and a grand piano. The marvelous architecture causes sound to come to life as it bounces of the walls in beautiful waves of music. It is truly a very special place. I highly recommend it.”

“New tea house on the block! Lovely minimalist decor with fresh little surprises at every angle. (And the happiest indoor plants I've ever seen!) Asian single origin teas and some unique blends of the classics with a small menu of items such as the amazing Asian treat carousel of slightly sweet and savory nibbles that won't overpower delicate cups. (Pictured below!) The service is fast and exceptional, very knowledgeable, personal and attentive. A pot averages $7 but there are also single serving cold brews and full tea service. A quiet little wonderland in view of the foothills with indoor and outdoor seating perfect for intimate tea. Or to lose yourself in one of the communal books. (A couple plugs for laptops get a personal gold star from me.) Support this local gem and it will thrive!”

“We had been searching for a Lexus GX 470 for some time and when one popped up nearby, I called N&N Auto Collection right away to see if it was available. Arman responded quickly and arranged the car for me to see even though he had sent it to get detailed. I met with him and he allowed me to take ample time to check out the vehicle thoroughly. I'm pretty mechanically inclined so I inspected the vehicle inside, outside, under the hood, under carriage, etc. I knew the common problems these vehicles had so I knew what to look for. Arman also provided me with the Carfax report which showed the vehicle's history. I liked what I saw and Arman had it priced very fairly. He gave me the total cost including the tax, tags, registration and I gave him a deposit so that I could get the certified check from my bank a couple days later. I came to pick up the vehicle with the check and he had all of the paperwork ready. Signed the paperwork and he handed me the keys. I was literally done in 5 min. If you're shopping for a car, I highly recommending doing your research and know what to look for. If you are not mechanically inclined, get a pre-delivery inspection done by a local mechanic and they will tell you the if the vehicles has any issues and what the overall condition is. I truly appreciate how professional and transparent Arman was and how quickly he communicated with me when I had any questions. I highly recommend N&N Auto Collection and would definitely buy a car from Arman again.”

“I’ve been a patient of Doctor Kumar for over 20 yrs when I was first diagnosed with CKD. I’ve always have had nothing but good experiences with him. He always takes the time to review my chart and asks what my overall health status is. I give him credit for keeping me off dialysis for 15 yrs. When I was first referred to him my kidney function was in the low 30%’s, they slowly declined at a rate of about 1% per year. “This is the real deal burger stand! I can only assume they make these patties because the meat is delicious and has the perfect seasoning! Patties are also large! So I would say go with the single if you usually get a double! Will definitely stop by again when I'm in the area. Chili was also flavorful on my chili cheese fries! Too much for me though, but good for sharing!”

“Loved the hiking trail, dog friendly. Visited with a college group with trash bags and plastic handles to pick up debris. I.e. cans, paper, snack wraps etc. Give a hoot, don't polute!! The miniature water fall, was so worth the 2 hour hike, very cool!!”

“Eaton Canyon Nature Park is a190-acre zoological, botanical, and geological nature preserve situated at the base of the beautiful San Gabriel Mountains. We went here on a Sunday morning. The hike to the 40-foot Eaton Canyon Waterfalls can be summed up to: 1.1 miles of wide flat, relatively uneventful dirt trail, followed by 0.65 miles of single track up a narrow canyon that is adventurous and fun (forming a 3.5 mile round trip hike with 375 feet of elevation change). Free parking is available. Dogs are welcome in Eaton Canyon Park and on Eaton Canyon Trail to the waterfall. No fee or permit is required. Overall, I enjoyed my time hiking. It is an easy trail so anyone can do it.”
