They saw the problem and had me with a new key fob, AND a new key, within 15 minutes. I had been quoted at $200 for a new key because it needed to be laser cut. “When starting services with Faith and Hope in Pasadena, I was an absolute skeptic. Their palliative program was helpful. However, When time came to transition my grandmother’s care onto hospice, it’s hard to put into words what a world of difference it was. Not that the staff or agency or quality in care was any different, but the amount and level of care provided, exceeded any level of health care at home that we’d ever received in the past. Simply put, I can’t imagine how my family nor I could’ve survived such an emotional experience without having their nurses by our side 24/7.
