  This is where my grandfolks are peacefully living, happy n love the neighbors n folks who also live there...place is nice clean quiet n have a lot of grassy areas...just a great place in all.

  This place is very clean and quiet. There is a pool and clubhouse. Several small parking areas scattered throughout. People there like to take walks regularly. At 40, I'm ready to move-in. Walking distance to two parks, 7-11, Catholic Church, and a hospital. Public transportaion is super convenient.

  When I bought here its was reasonable and a very nice park. Management excellent under old ways and transitioning. The rent is going up to 30% of yearly cost. Uses to go up $10.00 a year. How do the Elderly afford that increase?? A lot of dos and don'ts like a home owner association!

  In comparison to other parks, the rents are reasonable. On a regular basis tenants are encouraged to maintain a clean environment around their spaces. The management is friendly.
  
  However, after living here since 2010, I feel we need a park residents committee to meet on a monthly basis to discuss and resolve issues that pertain specifically to this park. It would give the residents a sense of community. Right now we don't have that.
  
  Being that we are a 55+ community, for safety reasons, we need to have the gate on the Paramount side allow cars to not only exit, but also enter. Exiting on the Beverly Blvd. side is dangerous.
  
  In addition, besides Bingo Night, we need our yard sales again which gave the residence a very important sense of community.
  
  Also, having a swimming pool is nice, but for residents our age, we need a jacuzzi. It is more practical for people our age and would be very therapeutic.
  
  Lastly, the management should put up holiday decorations during the Christmas season. That would really lift the spirits of the residents during that time of year. It is virtually dark at the clubhouse at that time. Having a holiday gathering would also boost the spirits of the residence.
  
  If you choose to live at this park, these are some concerns you may want to consider upon purchasing a mobile home here.
