(December 24, 2018, 5:02 pm)If you get coupons in the mail, there are good deals to buy. We come here once a while for a "lazy" take-out. As far as fast food non-fried chicken, I think they got it down.
(November 12, 2018, 4:31 pm)This Polo Loco is "the real deal!" Full size chickens, ALL the sides, gentle folk to serve you, and cooked just right. Worth the drive! On my top 10 fast food Restaurants...for sure.
(October 26, 2018, 9:53 pm)Just had a great experience at this El Pollo Loco. The shift leader Juan was kind, patient, and took great care to ensure that all my vegan (no meat or dairy) accomodations were taken care of, and the young man Chan had superb customer service! He was very sweet and friendly and kept the place immaculate! Having worked at a Pollo Loco, I also noticed that he followed the correct protocol for refilling the salsa bar to a T, using labels and sealed pitchers, and not letting them touch the counter!
The food tasted very fresh, my order was correct, and the service was great. I don't live out here, but when I come back out, I will be happy to return. Thanks for the great experience, guys!
