“The pizza is pretty good for the price. You get what you pay for. The reason I'm giving the place 2 stars is the staff. They are so rude and unprofessional. I've walked in a couple of times and they are always group talking in the front. And they have this "I don't wanna be here attitude." Pieology next door not only has great pizza but the staff is so friendly and helpful. Maybe you need to really review the kids you hire at Little ceaser. Good food, BAD staff. “Just had a great experience at this El Pollo Loco. The shift leader Juan was kind, patient, and took great care to ensure that all my vegan (no meat or dairy) accomodations were taken care of, and the young man Chan had superb customer service! He was very sweet and friendly and kept the place immaculate! Having worked at a Pollo Loco, I also noticed that he followed the correct protocol for refilling the salsa bar to a T, using labels and sealed pitchers, and not letting them touch the counter! The food tasted very fresh, my order was correct, and the service was great. I don't live out here, but when I come back out, I will be happy to return. Thanks for the great experience, guys!”

My husbands work decided to have their Christmas dinner here, and I could not have been more excited! They had the banquet room on the West side of the building and it was such a beautiful view. “This is an awesome restaurant. It's it's right up on the Hills against the north side of Pomona and the views are outstanding as well! The food here is excellent, they have a fantastic array of drinks, many that are not from the US which make it even more interesting. The walk up to the restaurant is an adventure in and of itself. Nice water features and a huge parrot that will talk to you when it's in the mood. Very nice staff, very nice waiters, and the food as I mentioned before is great.”

Of course, the wait sometimes was long. Therefore, the reason for four stars. Still, it is quite a good spot, to grab a quick meal.
