“I visited the store on January 5, 2022 with network issues. I had previously been on the phone with T-Mobile and Apple and finally decided to go to the store. The store closes at 8 PM and I got there around 7:40 PM. There were four other customers ahead of me and only one person working in the store - the store manager Mike. Mike was awesome. He stayed late to make sure everyone was taken care of - including me! Mike was kind, calm and professional. Kudos! Thank you Mike. You are appreciated!!”
