The things that stood out working with Art were: 1) communications and responsiveness-Art always communicated his plans and schedules promptly. The same went for any questions we had-prompt and responsive; 2) ideas-Art gave us some really good ideas and remained flexible throughout the project to incorporate changes or address concerns; 3) having his own tile shop was a big plus--we had looked at dozens of other ideas and places. But Art's tile store, although small, was exceptionally well stocked and gave us the final ideas we needed.
