“We like the light texture and low sugar cakes here. It reminds me more of Japanese style cakes that are less sweet compared to American style desserts that are heavy on buttercream frosting and alcohol infused syrups. This is personal preference as I also enjoy my occasional indulgence in richer pastries. Selection is limited and I am not sure if the pandemic had anything to do with it, so I my family generally pre-orders and schedules a pick up. We generally order birthday cakes so we don't partake much of the display counter pastries. We will be back again for our next birthday cake we don't feel too guilty about eating.”

“Great company best customer service & very responsive. I contacted 4 other companies before I selected them for the job. They gave me the best price, great follow-up, On time and they were so helpful (helped with moving pots and plants) no other company offered to help. Other companies wanted me to disturb my neighbors & have a adjacent neighbor entry door removed for 2 days for tenting (that did not sit well with my neighbors) but Morales Ext. Co. found a way around it!!! Best service hands down. They were on time, professional, and so very helpful not to mention offered a fair price for the service. Would absolutely recommend!”

“I had a wonderful experience at our local neighborhood florist. Nicole greeted me. I told her that I lived in the neighborhood and needed a corsage and boutonniere. I showed Nicole a picture of the dress. Within moments Nicole selected a perfect matching ribbon and promised to have it ready in time for prom. I made a small deposit. I came back a day early to pay the balance. I was delighted to discover; that Nicole had already made my flowers. I call that excellent customer service. California Professional Florist lives up to its name. I understand how they have served forty years as the Premier Rosemead neighborhood florist. The prices are reasonable the service par excellent. “This place has an excellent selection of herbs and a very knowledgeable doctor. After visiting several dermatologists and not getting good results with treating and managing my severe dyshidrotic eczema, I went there. After taking the herb medicine for only a week, all the flair-ups are completely gone now, and I feel an overall improvement in my health. They also have very delicious frozen dumplings and some great teas. Please keep in mind that staff speak Chinese.”

“Good market to go to but the market and parking is sometimes crowded and packed there (mostly every Thursdays). Also there are sometimes homeless people around there too as well. Like this one Vietnamese guy always panhandling for money outside the parking lot every evenings (including night, until closing time). Managers, employees, and security guards never really do anything to him at all. This market need to hire better managers, employees, and security guard who can enforce and do their jobs right.”

“Good gas station and service, but sometimes it’s crowded and packed there. Also there are sometimes homeless people loitering outside of the store there. Like this one guy who swings his arms always goes there all the times as well as a Vietnamese lady (who has a homeless look and expression) always kept loitering there everyday (mostly in the mornings, not sure about afternoon or evenings) by standing outside of the store as well as wandering back and forth every time, doesn’t ask for money though. Both of them with no mask, and the employees there didn’t do anything about them at all despite having their security camera there.”
