Several things I wanted I thought were extra and she assured me they were already included in the price. I had many repairs in my stucco, some of which were pretty severe. They came out and though I thought at first there was a mistake that he was there by himself, he proved me wrong. They completed all the repairs to the point where you would never know the holes and cracks ever existed. My house sparkles and they had to deal with 3 different colors.
