Our family subscribed to a produce delivery service. Apparently, the boxes of produce introduced breeding roaches into our home. I was killing about 3 or 4 every morning and they were starting to take over in our kitchen. We would see juveniles and we were finding roaches up from the floor, at eye-level, in our cupboards and on the counter tops which, I've learned, is an indicator that an infestation is in the making.
I called Terminix and they sent technician Edgar to our home. Edgar was great, very reassuring (this was the first time we had dealt with anything like this) and competent. For a few months, Edgar would show up for spraying appointments - and Edgar eradicated to roaches. They are gone!
This is a simple, to-the-point review. We had a problem - Terminix took care of it - problem solved. If, God forbid, we have to go through this again I will be going right back to Terminix and asking for Edgar.
