(July 29, 2017, 4:39 pm)My son (age 9) has been taking piano lessons with Lyle for nearly a year. He loves Lyle and never complains about going to piano lessons. Lyle is a very talented musician, composer and teacher. He is able to assess a child's interest and ability and personalize his instruction to suit the child. Lyle is very professional and easy to work with. He is kind and has fun with my son but is also able to motivate him to try hard and improve.
(June 14, 2017, 2:28 pm)My sons love learning piano from Lyle. They often laugh hard during lessons. They have not only found a piano instructor in Lyle, but a friend. One of my sons began listening to classical music for fun after lessons began. Now, he often enjoys notating his own sheet music for difficult piano pieces. Both of my sons have become quite talented pianists. Lyle is a great combo of both fun, instruction, and just stern enough to make my sons want to practice without me having to say anything. He's dependable and a good communicator.
