These guys came out to do an inspection and they were very honest upfront and professional with us. We called around to check pricing, conferred with friends on their fave brands and expectations, and played the numbers game. It really did need replacing, so we called back and placed the deposit. The next afternoon we had a crane moving units around and soon thereafter, epically cold air! They even discounted the new unit by the amount we paid for the previous repairs, a wonderful bit of customer service! Jose and his team were and are AMAZING.
