I wait for a while but when was my turn a representative provided me all information about the product that I was going to buy. He was very knowledgeable with a lot of patience, providing choices and prices. I am very happy with my purchase and appreciated for the great service obtained from the sales person I have a great experience shopping in Best Buy! Thank you very much 😊

Busy as usual for the day after Christmas. Was greeted at the front door like normal. Offered qr code to scan for help finding items or could have rep meet me. Walked over to camera equipment. Looked at necessities for content creation. Saw product, asked rep walking by if I could see box. On their radio while trying to talk to me handling comms. Said would send someone by with a key nicely. No one came in about 10 mins. Left. Probably would have been a sale if they had the accessories I needed, plus another boom arm for a USB mic set up. Need more audio equipment for content creators. Best buy is a great store. Enjoy their brand.
