“i came here for an oil change on my 2019 Buick. It was my first time here and to be honest $99.95 for just a oil change was not what i expected. That is a really high price. I’ve could’ve gone anywhere else .. i mean any non Buick GMC dealership and most probably get the oil change done for $50-$60 most likely even get a free car wash with the oil change.. to keep the story short.. i wasn’t happy with the amount i was changed.. however while i was waiting for my service to be done i was approached by few salesmen and they were absolutely kind and polite and made me feel welcomed. In my opinion Parkway Buick dealership should keep their prices at a reasonable rate and that way keep their customers from going elsewhere. Those 4 stars i gave in my review is just because of the pleasant attitude of those salesmen i was approached during my service visit.”
