“The Doctors are wonderful and supportive! The telephonic receptionist is attrocious and have significantly delayed my son's care and ran his insurance incorrectly due to ineptitude. Very disrespectful and lies about procedure for running insurance and gaslit me about prior conversations of appointment availability and will not get back to you in a timely manner. My positive is for the Doctors and the doctors alone. They're being terribly misrepresented by the front desk staff specifically Dani. She argued with our insurance adjuster for 30 minutes when they stated care was covered and then called me back and said I provided her with the improper contact number when she had access to my child's insurance card. If the doctor's weren't as phenomenal as they are I'd find another office based on her behavior alone. She is clearly not taking advantage of the services of her employer and could definitely use them.”

“Felt compelled to write a review as before going to AIC I saw the low rating they had.. I went for a CT Scan appointment at 9:15am. Walked into the door around 9:05, was in getting my scan by 9:20 and done by 9:25. From my experience that is rare and it was much appreciated. The front desk receptionist was very pleasant and helpful. The technician was extremely nice and patient as I HATE enclosed spaces so I was a but anxious for the scan. My only negative is that the office is very dated, it made me a little unsettled walking into the office as it didn't represent the high level of tech that they offer. I can't speak to any insurance / payment issues as I had none. Overall I would highly recommend AIC.”

“We are so happy that we enrolled our second grader into Trinity Classical Academy. We were on the fence for years and we wish we would’ve done it sooner. The teachers and staff are so down to earth, friendly and helpful. We had a difficult time getting our child to want to go to school everyday but now that he is at Trinity he said he “feels like he’s at home and he loves it”. What more could a parent ask for?! Ben is also highly knowledgeable in the area of nutrition, which is what I needed help with. I love to work out, but I also love to eat and Ben has helped me get my nutrition back on track.
