Nice bike shop with very helpful folks.
What a magical place. I love bikes and getting to see so many beautifully curated in one place is a treat. I came in for a single tire and was given more than enough time and consideration. I came in looking to see what i might be lucky and find in stock. Owner was more than willing to pull catalogs and help me find an odd ball size to fit my needs. Trying to fit a tire on a 3 inch hoop but not having room for side wall buldge and also limited profile room to fit my stays...
So yeah my request was difficult and time consuming... Was again for just one tire.
I felt like i was treated same if i had rolled up in an expensive truck, wich is awsome for the area, some shops local i felt looked down at for browsing, when i was truely trying appreciate the product they offer.
You bet i was stocked to find it and also get a good deal on it. Most bike shops seem to refuse to want to order parts for you, worried about flipping stock.
The dogs aint bad either, always nice to get some fuzzy therapy from happy pupps.
Got exactly what i needed and been try and source for too long to admit. Had some awsome conversations with all the staff. I felt realy lucky to get to chat with them, and know i have found not just a great shop but awsome people!!!
Its amazing the people bikes can connect...
Definatly start here and end your day great
Odd to see a number of reviewers complain about customer service. I recent purchased two bikes here and was incredibly pleased with the service I received. Both owners were attentive and gracious with their time even though their shop was busy and they were about to close for the night.
Loving my new Fuji Sagres commuter bike!
The first thing I saw when I walked through the door was one of the Nationwide/Veloworx bikes having an issue with it's Fox CTD. It felt great to know exactly how to fix it and be able show off my new skills. I spent the afternoon prepping a few bikes for the upcoming 24hrs in the Old Pueblo.
