Delicious food! We love the empanadas, and the dumplings are also amazing. Fresh food and beautiful ocean/pool views, plus excellent service and a welcoming atmosphere. Highly recommend!

Great coffee, baked goods, breakfast and other options (like spring rolls) No longer serves Pho. Mimi and Carolina are the best!

I wanted to thank The Shores Kitchen (MIMI) for such quick delivery of my order. Tonight I tried her classic cheese pizza, and it was fantastic. The crust was crispy on the outside and chewy on the inside, the sauce was flavorful and the cheese was perfectly melted. Now let's talk about the gluten-free desserts. MIMI suggested I try the gluten-free carrot cake and it was delicious!! I was surprised since I generally don’t like carrot cake at all but this cake was so moist and decadent, with a rich flavor that was perfectly balanced. It was hard to believe that this dessert was gluten-free.

I am a resident and I have ordered from the kitchen now a handful of times (I am fairly new)…MIMI has exceed my expectations EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. When I don’t make it home from work in time, she makes it so easy to send my order straight to her and she makes sure dinner is delivered by the time I arrive! It’s truly concerning service with MIMI. Her personality is just the icing on the cake. She even throws in some desert for me to try each time! She makes everything fresh, on site and it’s absolutely delicious! The pizza and empanadas are my top favs!!! Definitely try this place out!!!
