(March 11, 2023, 7:32 pm)I purchased two barbecue parts from them. The order arrived with one of them missing. I contacted their customer service. After they learned about the issue, they stopped responding to my emails. I opened a case on PayPal, they came back and shipped me the missing item. Perhaps they are just very slow. In any case much more of my time has been wasted than a $20 lid stopper bolt deserves.
