“Crazy great school! Can’t believe I tried to get my kids into Anza Elementary at open enrollment -thank god they turned me down! I would never imagined this school in the North of Torrance is just as everyone says -a hidden gem! From Principal Castleberry to the staff and teachers - they do a amazing job of teaching our kids. Principal Castleberry has an open door policy and she really does! She’s such a wonderful person! You can see it when the kids give her hugs or she just sits on the benches to chat with them students, she’s so personable, so genuine, so full of love. She really makes Lincoln what it is today -successful academically. - Last school year we came in third in the triathlon. This is where children were tested on many school subjects. Lincoln competed against the entire district and won third beating out Anza, Rivera and other schools! That’s how well taught these Lincoln students are. Another thing -everyone is so friendly here. There’s some strange friendly air of love that hovers above this school! Parents are always willing to help each other even new parents coming in or those that don’t speak English. So many parents volunteer and PTA always has so many cool events during the year. If you’re wondering whether this is the school for you, just go visit and chat to the parents. I guarantee you’ll sign your kids here! Been here 3 years with 2 kids and we never want to leave!”
