MY DAUGHTER'S AND I WENT TO TRUXTONS IN TORRANCE FOR THE FIRST TIME TODAY 8-3-22 TO TAKE MY YOUNGEST DAUGHTER OUT TO EAT FOR HER B-DAY🎂, BEN OR WAITER WAS EXCELLENT, POLITE, AND NICE, THE OWNER WAS ALSO VERY PROFESSIONAL AND NICE, THE FOOD WAS GREAT & DELICIOUS😋 LOVED IT ALL, WILL RETURN AGAIN THANK YOU😊👍

A friend brought me to Truxton's American Bistro, located in the Hillside Village Shopping Center for a late lunch. Their menu has a well balanced mix of dishes to satisfy any appetite. I ordered one of their Favorite items on their Menu, the Sweet & Spicy Shrimp Tacos which is served with corn and poblano brown rice and black beans or your choice of a side. I chose their side of Sweet potato Fries. I loved it! The slaw on top was refreshing and delicious and their shrimp was seasoned in a perfect harmony of sweet and spicy. Our server was so friendly and efficient. I would come here again and I highly recommend this restaurant.

Truxton's always satisfies my craving for well prepared, bistro dishes! I've never been disappointed in my many visits. From their famous Portland Burger, their scrumptious fish sandwich which is masterfully prepared with fresh fish, to their tasty breakfasts, Truxton's chefs deliver the goods consistently. I enjoy the relaxing dining environment and their knowledgeable and friendly servers are always refilling tea and drinks and providing assistance. Truxton's Torrance is a hidden gem that needs to be shared with others during these tough economic times. With breakfast options now daily until 3PM, this is the perfect spot for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Looking forward to my next meal!

Great stop for a meal. Some of the best sit-down burgers. Most can't go wrong with the All-American but everyone that I've tried was good. Their sweet potato fries are also really done well. We also order for pickup, so burgers are quick but if you are dining in, I've only tried a few but never had a complaint with any of the entrees I tried. The chef and owner are also very attentive and you can often find them checking on their patrons by stopping by, just to make sure you're doing well.
